With 22 years of experience gathered from pharmaceutical sales and marketing (MNC and Domestic Pharma companies) in the area of Direct Selling, Customer Interface, Channel Partners Management, Market Research, Data Science, Market Development, Retail Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Building Brands, SFE, L&D, Team Building, Leadership, Business Compliance, KOL / KBL Development, then decided to for a Mid-Career shift to academics in the year 2018. Since then i have transformed to be an educator. Since June 2019 working as an Assistant Professor at DJ Academy for Managerial Excellence in Coimbatore.
