Summary

Dr.J.J.Savithri is an Associate Professor, Behavioural Sciences at DJAME since 2004. She holds a Doctorate degree in Management (Organizational Behaviour) from Bharathiar University. Her doctoral thesis was on Procrastination among faculty members. She has 20 years of PG teaching experience and teaches subjects like Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Managing Interpersonal Relations and Labour Law. She has published research papers and articles in various Journals. She has participated in the Asia-Pacific ABC conference at IIM Ahmedabad. She has handled more than 20 Management Development Programs for entry and middle level employees. She is also a faculty for the Physician Leadership Program. She is an active member of various professional bodies like CMA, NIPM and NHRD. She has a passion for teaching and loves to experiment with different methods of meeting her classes and sincerely believes that knowledge is co-created inside the class room.
