Committee for SC/ST

Establishment of Committee for SC/ ST (As per the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The SC/ST Committee has been constituted to resolve all the concerns and problems related to the SC/ST students, teaching and non-teaching staff.

Objectives:-

To create a platform for SC/ST students to voice their problems, regarding academic and non-academic matters.

To monitor the implementation of reservation policy in the institution.

Responsibilities:

The Committee will meet the students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the SC/ST community, to understand their problem and take necessary action and/or render them necessary advice/help to resolve the matter.
