The objective is to provide an opportunity for academicians and practitioners to interact and exchange their ideas in a peer-reviewed manner. Call for Papers

“Greetings from D J Academy for Managerial Excellence

We would like to invite academicians, research scholars, industry managers and practitioners to contribute original, conceptual, empirical, research articles, technical notes, case studies and book reviews in the area of business and management for publication in DJJMR. The journal is published in April and October. Authors are requested to email their paper to editor@djacademy.ac.in.

DJAME rewards the best paper selected from each issue Rs.10,000 /- and a certificate of appreciation.“

Guidelines for Authors

Guidelines for Authors

The guidelines for an article to be considered for publication in the DJJMR are specified below. The authors are requested to adhere to the guidelines

• Article length of 3000-5000 words including figures and tables, typed in 1.5 space and printed in 12 point Times New Roman font with 1.5 size margin on all four sides. All pages should be numbered consecutively.
• Article should be in Microsoft Word format only
• The cover page should contain title of the paper, author’s name, designation, official address, phone number and email address.
• An abstract of 150-250 words and five key words should be submitted along with the paper.
• The tables, charts and exhibits should be numbered and captioned. Sources of data should be given below each table.
• All figures provided should be of high resolution.
• References should follow the APA style of referencing, 6th edition.
• The data used for research must be open to authentication and be verifiable.
• Papers are processed through a blind referral system by experts in the subject areas.
• Authors are required to ensure that articles submitted to the journal are not previously published in any journal or conference and not in the process of review else where
