A Doctorate degree in Management (Organizational Behaviour) from Bharathiar University. Her doctoral thesis was on Procrastination among faculty members. She also holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology. A Certified Psychometric Testing Professional and a Certified POSH Trainer.

Professional Experience

She has 21 years of teaching experience at post graduate level. She has published more than 12 research papers in refereed journals and presented in several national and international conferences.

She has conducted more than 30 Management Development Programs for corporate executives in areas like Interpersonal Effectiveness, Becoming a Manager, Managing in the Middle, Conflict to Collaboration, Collaborative Leadership, Supervisory Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills, Team Management, Time Management, Stress Management and Campus to Corporate. She is also a resource person for the Physician Leadership Program.

She has held various responsibilities like Head – Centre for Research, Head – Management Development Centre, Editor-DJAME Journal of Management Research, Alumni Relations Coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, Member of Board of Studies of various institutions and Senate Member.

Summary

A passionate educator with a demonstrable ability to teach, motivate and inspire students. Over 21 years of teaching, training, and research experience in Behavioural Sciences. She is an active member of various professional bodies like CMA, NIPM and NHRD. She has a passion for teaching and loves to experiment with different methods of meeting her classes and sincerely believes that knowledge is co-created inside the classroom.
