DJAME has a comprehensive collection of above 17,000 Books, 115 Journals, Government Publications, Technical reports, Conference proceedings, Business fictions and non-book materials, etc. The library subscribes to online databases EBSCO and CMIE Prowess, print journals and e-journals. It also receives Newsletters and has Annual Reports from public and private organizations. The Non book materials collection includes CDs, DVDs, and VCDs, etc.
The Academy has a well-equipped Computer Lab with 259 personal computers networked with advanced Operating Systems. D.J. Academy is facilitated with an Internet Center consisting of 90 Systems with 5 Mbps Internet Bandwidth, Leased Line with Optical Fiber Cable for the benefit of the Students, Research Scholars and the Faculty Members.
In DJAME, students are provided with enough accommodation facilities to make them feel at home. There are furnished hostels separate for boys and girls. The rooms are furnished with cot, cupboards, reading tables, etc. Hostel rooms are provided with Internet connections, Water Coolers in every floors and Modern bathrooms with water heaters and Washing Machine.
We have a well equipped conference hall with a seating capacity of 250 people. Advanced technology, cordless mikes and acoustic sound systems are provided. The conference hall is fully air conditioned. There are separate fixed television sets and LCD projectors for certain special presentations and seminars.
A fully-equipped fitness centre is functioning in the Campus. This facility is available for all the students of the Academy. Equipped with all the requisite exercise equipment, the Centre focuses its attention on developing and maintaining physical fitness, weight reduction and body building.
The Academy has a full-fledged mess within the campus with a spacious dining hall which can accommodate about 100 students. Pure vegetarian food prepared under hygienic conditions is served for the students.
The Academy has three buses and a van to cater to the transport requirements of students and faculty. Two buses ply from different routes to the Academy.
